Bayahibe, the land where the sun rises. Once wild and uninhabited, it is now a white sand beach synonymous with Caribbean islands, and is particularly known for its expanse of palm trees and the production of sugar cane.
This is where Rum Bayahibe comes from, and where wise Master Roneros employs his skills in creating this wonderful spirit from sugarcane and fruit. The combined fermentation of molasses to the mature piña at its centre provides Rum Bayahibe with its soft and sweet scents.
The subsequent distillation, carried out traditionally in a special process in columns to the copper plates, makes Rum Bayahibe unique.
